Refund and Returns Policy

I work exclusively with digital products and services, such as analytics reports, dashboards, performance audits, and marketing consultations. Because everything I provide is digital and often personalized, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or the service has been completed.

However, I understand that special situations can happen, and I want you to feel confident when working with me. That’s why I offer refunds in specific cases, such as:

  • Accidental duplicate payments
  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the purchased service
  • If I fail to deliver the service within the agreed timeframe without prior notice
  • Delivery of a corrupted or inaccessible file that I cannot fix
  • If the service is significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase

If any of these issues occur, please contact me within 7 calendar days of delivery. I’ll review your case carefully and get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

Please note that I cannot offer refunds for completed work that matches the agreed scope of service or in cases where you simply change your mind. Since everything I do is digital, I strongly recommend reviewing the service details before placing an order.
